Division of Tax Appeals and Tax Appeals Tribunal is responsible for the administration of the Tribunal and the Division of Tax Appeals as a whole. Currently the Tribunal consists of three commissioners which serve a 9 year term and are appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the State Senate.
